So far the supporters of transliteration do not state precisely which
standard they have in mind. Seeing the wish to get only "seeable" signs in
the e-mail messages would probably refer to transliterating in the
Americanised Lib. of Congress standard. Or do we accept, say, the ISO
transliteration with "unseeable" signs? Would anybody be kind to explain
this? Thanks at once!
