Dear Dr. Barta:

I am a Sessional lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, where I
have taught a variety of classes in Russian language, culture, civilization,
and literature from 1993 till the present. I have a Moscow BA, Toronto MA,
and Saskatchewan MA. I delivered my papers at a number of conferences,
including AATSEEL. I want to present a paper in cultural studies at your
conference; however,  I doubt that the U of S will provide me with a travel
allowance to go to Cambridge. Do you have a conference assistance fund for
presenters?

I would like to have this point clarified before sending you an abstract.
