Washington DC's news station WTOP carried a special report about this
bogus bill yesterday-- this false e-mail announcement originated in
Canada. Our bills do not work this way, nor do they carry a "P"
designation, which stands for Parliament.  There is no such plan afoot.
Blame Canada......
