Pushkin's Prisoner of the Caucasus

This is one of the strange lacunae in translated Russian literature. I
thought to teach this text in a translation class last year, and could not
find a PUBLISHED translation in any of the library collections available to
me, let alone an on-line one. None of the standard sources of translations
of Pushkin seems to include this text. I am sure, however, that one MUST be
out there, and I would be interested to know where, if anyone can enlighten
me.
