Russian/English lexical database in .RSF format?

Does anyone have a Russian/English lexical database
in .RSF format?  {"Revised Standard Format"}

It is used in Summer Institute of Linguistics'
"LinguaLinks" program.

I'm working on one myself, but I don't fully trust
my abilities :-)
