Czeslaw Milosz' "A Tretise on Literature"

A couple of months ago I heard Czeslaw Milosz and Robert Haas discuss at
Stanford Haas' translation of Milosz' "A Treatise on Literature" (?title?)
Unfortunately I neglected to write down the name of the publisher.  Does
anyone know who published the translation/where it can be found?
