Call for papers at SCSS

This year's meeting of the Southern Conference on Slavic Studies (SCSS)
sponsored by George Mason University will be held March 1-3, 2001 at the
Radisson Hotel, Old Town Alexandria. Panel and paper proposals should be
sent before 1 December 2000 to Amy Nelson, Department of History, Virginia
Polytechnic Inst. and State Univ, Blacksburg, VA 24061 <anelson at vt.edu> or
to Tom Ewing, Department of History, Virginia Polytechnic Inst. and State

Papers and panels on Russian, Soviet, Post-Soviet culture, cinema and
literature are especially welcome.
