K-12 Russian page update

While I have a moment or two this summer, I'd like to bring the "Russian in
PA and Beyond" homepage up to date.  Please check out the link below.  Let
me know if your K-12 program is not listed and I'll get it up there.  Or if
the program was cancelled, sadly, let me know so I can remove it.  Thanks!
