Yes, Glendora is alive in Finland. Its Finnish title is:
Ikkunaprinsessa = Window Princess

In 1982 the career of Rauli Badding Somerjoki (I kid you not!) was
revitalized by his recording of Ikkunaprinsessa, which was a
tremendous hit.
