Two programs

Dear colleagues,

I have a student who is considering two schools/programs in Russia which I
don't know at all, and I would appreciate hearing about any experience you
or your students might have had with these institutions in terms of
organization, quality of instruction, etc.  They are:

1) SRAS (School of Russian and Asian Studies)

2) The Moscow Institute for Advanced Studies.
