summer Russian courses

Dear Seelangers,
        I have a student who would like to go to Russia for the summer,
preferably to Saint Petersburg, and study Russian there.  However, she has
no prior knowledge of the language.  All the exchange programs that we
have sent students on require at least a year of Russian.  Does anyone
know of a summer program for beginners?
