If you drill around this online exhibit you begin to see that it isn't
wholly Russian.

The 13th panel of the "Building Socialism" deals with the publication of
"Prospectus for an International Design Competition for the State
Ukrainian Theater" published in 1930.  The description says that the
design of this tome is in "Russian, German, English, French, and
Ukrainian".  Actually, the order is Ukrainian, Russian, German, English,
French".
