Seelangers,
      I several times have heard that an export tax of 10% was to be
imposed on scholarly book and 20% on all others in Russia.  Does anyone
know whether this is true and if so what the details are?  When and where
would the tax be imposed?  Would you have to pay it would you mail books
abroad?
      Thanks in advance for comments.  I hope this is just a rumour.
