Several recent books on S&EE languages and linguistics

Dear SEELangs colleagues,
I was struck by the number of titles on East European languages in
the latest announcement of books available for review from the
Linguist List. See below for titles on Hungarian, Romani, Albanian,
and Romani, as well as a new textbook of Russian.
If you desire the full list of books, see <linguistlist.org>. I've
copied only the most relevant parts here to save bandwidth. In any
event, if you wish to review a book, don't write back to me; please
