In 1822, was  publicized : "Okolo sveta, pervoe puteshestvie Rossijan,
opisannoe Rezanovym".(Nikolaj Petrovich Rezanov, chamberlain of the Tsar
Alexandre the 1st, participated in the first voyage around the world on
board the ship commanded by Kruzenstern, visited San Francisco, was engaged
with the daughter of the governor, dona Conception de Arguello, made plans
to colonize what is now North California, Oregon, and Washington state, in
order to grow foods to nourrish people who worked un Alaska and Siberia, but
died in Siberia during his voyage back to St petersbourg).
