I don't know if you can get the recordings directly from Pushkinskii dom.
However, they are available on CD through Norman Ross Publishing
(http://www.nross.com/cart/pdindiv.html).

(Sorry, I know this doesn't answer the initial question, but I thought the info
might be of interest to the list.)

of recording from their folk music archive-- Melodiya used to issue
them on vinyl)
