RITE Award

[Cincinnati-Kharkiv]

Dear SEELangs:

I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this question, but I did
not know where else to start.

I have received a question from Kharkiv, Ukraine about a "RITE Award."  The
person asking seems to think that it is some kind of literary prize awarded
in the U.S.  I have not heard of this award.

If any one can lead me in the right direction, I would appreciate the
assistance.
