Percentage of Russian population which receives a higher education

Dear SEELANGers,
Does anyone know where I could find recent statistics on the percentage of
the Russian population which receives a higher education? I can find
elementary and secondary statistics, but the higher education statistics
seem to be missing from every study I have found.
