For Seelangers, who are sometimes expected to know this kind of thing:

Not only is Christmas, 7 January (old Style) an official holiday, that is, a
non-working day in Russia, but the same status was assigned to what was
formerly Army-Navy Day. Now called Den' zashchitnika otechestva.  So
tomorrow, 23 February,  is a day off over there.  And treated like the male
