Hi - I'm sure this is too late for the current edition, but I did not want to write about this until the College's Board of Trustees had approved it - "chtoby ne sglazit'"!  Effective July 1, I will have tenure and be promoted to Associate Professor in the Department of Russian Studies (and the only full time faculty therein) at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, VA.  (It's been a long time coming - I came here in 93 for a two year position.)  Please let me know if you would like more information.
