Moj drug Ivan Lapshin

I have read in several places that Aleksei German's film "Moj drug Ivan
Lapshin" was voted one of the top 10 Soviet films of all time by
Russian critics, but have so far been unable to locate the original
source (or the other 9 films).

Can anyone out there help?
