Using a Digital Camera in the RSL

Is it possible to get permission to use a digital camera to reproduce
documents in the Russian State Library?  I did not find a fee listed on the
web site, but that doesn't always mean it's impossible.  If anyone knows or
knows who might know (!) I'd appreciate a response.
