Russian at DLI

Here's the answer of someone who is in charge of Russian training in DTRA
(which was created after the Open Sky treaty) here in Washington:

Russian training at DLI is on the decline, and Arabic and Farsi (plus
Chinese) are the hot languages. My only advice would be to make sure
that her enlistment contract guarantees Russian language training. Each
service is unique, so I don't know how much of a choice she will have.
