Sample research guides

Hi folks.

I'm working on a "Virtual Guide to Libraries and Research Institutes in
the Humanities and Social Sciences in Macedonia," and I'd like to know
if any of you know of any such good guides for other countries, either
virtual or hard copy, that I can look at as a sample.
