Request help contacting publisher

A colleague and I are trying to contact the publisher of the following text:

We have located the contact information, but our emails have not been
returned and the telephone number has not been answered even though we call
during business hours.


Does anyone here on the list have recent experience successfully contacting
this publisher and advice they'd be willing to share?
