I am looking for Russian websites that will offer relatively short 
(1-3 pp) essays on scientific, historical, sociological
topics aimed at the more or less educated layperson.  I have in mind 
a Russian equivalent of the Arts and Letters Daily
website.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
