Scholarship for student from Ukraine?

Dear SEELANGers:

I would like to know about grad-school scholarship opportunities in the US for a student from 
Ukraine who would like to study to be a translator and interpreter.  Her English is absolutely fluent 
and her general facility in language aquisition is considerable.  She has already studied for a year at a 
prestigious college in the US.  Like many talented students from Ukraine, her funds are limited and 
the tuition at places such as the program in Monterey is hefty.  If anyone knows of such funding 
opportunities, connected with specific programs or available through other sources such as the state 
department, please reply to me on or off-list.  Other SEELANGers may find this information useful for 
the future needs of their own students.
