I would recommend Before You Know It from www.transparentlanguage.com. You
can download the run-time version from www.byki.com. You will need to buy
one authoring copy. It also comes with numerous files for the iPod. Then
just upload your lists to your server, and point your users to byki.com. The
program can include a graphic, an audio file, pronunciation comparison,
dictation, games and translation both ways. It is also unicode compliant.
