"Karamazov" translation

You might almost be able to leave "Karamazovshchina" as is, in view of the 
other -shchina examples that appeared on a recent thread, and the potential 
audience.

-shchina deserves wider circulation in English as a suffix,

a few examples of "Karamazovshchina" are starting to appear on Google
