Soviet posters on "Friends"?

Hello!
I did a Google search and I found IMDB's Trivia section of the Friends 
page: http://imdb.com/title/tt0108778/trivia

Quoting: A Soviet propaganda poster on a wall of #19 [note: probably 
entitled *The One Where The* *Monkey Gets Away*] with two people over a 
book, says in Russian: "To build, one must know. To know, one must learn."
