  I  highly recommend you the Novosibirsk State University-English Department.I worked there for 6 years as an ESL teacher,and I graduated from this Uni.In 1998-2001 there were already a few Americans working there,and they received very friendly reception -among faculty,and just people of Acadenic town.This is a unique place in Russia -Academic Town od 25 Reserch Institutionsan the Uni.
