3) (Forthcoming) Scotland-Russia Forum poster competition for UK
schoolchildren and adults: task is to design a poster telling the world to
study Russian and organisers hope to tour a small exhibition of the winning
posters afterwards.  Competition to be announced in April, deadline July,
results and prizes Sept, exhibition after that.  Details
