Difficulties with RSL On-Line Catalogue

I have been trying to access the on-line catalogue of the Russian State 
Library and have been having some difficulties in getting the pages to 
display correctly and to simply use the search commands.

The catalogue that I am attempting to use is at the following address:

http://aleph.rsl.ru

I was able to do this in the past -- but I simply can't remember how I 
set my fonts up in my browser.

Can anyone offer a quick fix solution?

Also, does anyone have experience in ordering materials via Russian 
Courier? I would like to hear about them off list.
