Query: Summer Russian language programs in Ukraine

Dear Seelangers,

A colleague in ESL has the opportunity to spend some time in Ukraine
this summer and she would like to study Russian formally while there.
Does anyone know of a decent summer Russian language program in Ukraine?
She would go to Russia but she won't have time to receive a visa before
she leaves the States at the end of the semester.
