IU's 2008 Summer Workshop in Slavic, East European and Central Asian Languages (June 13-August 8) is still accepting applications for Beginning and Intermediate levels in all languages. There is still space available for beginning Ukrainian. Also, funding is still available for Azerbaijani, Kazakh, and Turkmen. Check out the website for details.
