Pronunciation of Cui and Wikipedia

Soviet Encyclopedic Dictionary gives the name as end-stressed, which is
how I remember it. Web biography at
http://opera.stanford.edu/iu/russmus/cui/cuibio.html says the family
name at one time used to be spelled "Queuille". A famous Russian
composer (and military engineer) is unlikely to be of Chinese extraction.
