To those among you who are AATSEELANGers, or who wish you were:  
while you are in a januarial mood to do good and make the world a 
better place, you can improve your life immediately by joining or 
renewing your membership in AATSEEL, the American Association of 
Teachers of Slavic and East European Languages.  AATSEEL is dedicated 
to supporting the work of teachers and scholars of Slavic and East 
European languages, literatures, cultures, cinema, art, folklore,
