in fact, the Russian Wiki is one of the largest. just today I read a nice piece on Wiki in general in the Language Log (http://itre.cis.upenn.edu/~myl/languagelog/archives/005479.html) and I would agree -- in cases when articles are not about politically laden issues (like, say, Ukrainian history or history in general) they tend to be very accurate.    
besides, Ukrainian Wiki, although not so rich in entries is still a very valuable resource.

concerning cheremsha -- it gives its Ukrainian name which happens to be bear's onion (http://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Черемша):
