Sologub's Demon

Dear List:

I am looking for an English translation of Sologub's Melkij Bes.  I noticed there are several translations available.  Does any of you have a suggestion on which translation is better?  It's for an advanced student of Russian who would like to have the English translation to refer to in case the original proves too challenging.
