Maybe this should be addressed to Natalia Pylypiuk. It sounds very
interesting to me, but I really would not know if Hohol had any
influence on Indian culture or not. In any case, it never hurts to
submit. The worst that they can say is no. And, if they are being
nice, then they could recommend another publisher.
