copyright question - images from films

There's also the issue of technology moving so fast that copyright law can't
keep up. It's the same with music sharing, the desperate scramble to try to
prevent it. Now that anyone can grab a screen image or post a copyrighted
clip on YouTube, it's impossible to maintain control of these works, which I
think is very unfortunate because ultimately the artists who produce them
are the ones who suffer.
