Russian Flagship Partner Program recruiting for 2009-10

Dear Colleagues,

We are now recruiting for the 2009-2010 cohort of the 
Russian Language
Flagship Partner Program at Portland State University.

We seek to recruit incoming freshmen with Russian 
proficiency levels of
Intermediate High in at least one modality. These students 
will have
the opportunity to complete a Certificate of Advanced 
Proficiency in
Russian while completing a major in a discipline of their 
choice.
Students admitted to the program are encouraged to live in 
the Russian
Immersion Floor in University Housing.

All Flagship students are eligible for Flagship scholarships 
in varying amounts.
