I also assume that it is likely to be a 3 person plur verbal form "mispronounced" with a stereotypical Lemko accent. It sounds like a Carpathian-Lemko dialect form. Given in quotation marks this phrase seems to have an ethnic connotation.

The form is incorrect. Pribyvaiut would be correct, but here, the -yva- suffix is treated like an -ova- one (like "risuiut" from "risovat'"). This at times happens in dialects, and Grossman seems to quote the person at the cemetery using one of those dialects.
