On Friday, September 10 the University of Illinois Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures is holding a memorial service for Steven P. Hill, who died in June.

Colleagues and past students who have testimonies or reminiscences they wish to share with those in attendance are invited to send them to me prior to that date.
