ховайся в жито
мало места

while the general scheme is

[1 так] [кто-то что-то делает / делал // что-то делается / делалось]  [2 так, что]  дай дорогу / мама не горюй / ховайся в жито, мало места. 

at that [1 так] and [2 так] are mutually exclusive.
