You could add into the rich semantic mix the following from my favorite 
Zoshchenko story - the scene is a fight in a communal apartment:
Тут в это время кто-то и ударяет инвалида кастрюлькой по кумполу. 
Инвалид — брык на пол и лежит. Скучает. Тут какой-то паразит за милицией 
кинулся.
