Contacting Sergei Kibalnik in St Petersburg

Dear Colleagues,
 
Would anyone happen to know a way to contact Dr. Segrei Kibalnik (http://www.pushkinskijdom.ru/Default.aspx?tabid=10083) in Pushkin House, St. Petersburg, other than by phone? I feel more comfortable e-mailing people first, but, stupid of me, I could not find any e-mails either of him or of Pushkin House on the site.
 
This concerns an interview I conducted with one of Sergei's former students in his 1991 History of Russian Intellectual Thought course, and apparently he does not have Sergei's current e-mail either (I asked him).
