Needed: tester for Estonian

Everyone —

Can anyone recommend to me off-list a faculty member in North America can 
test a student long-distance in Estonian, for purposes of her fulfilling the 
University of Oregon's foreign language requirement? The student says she's a 
native Estonian speaker, so the testing shouldn't be very arduous. However, the 
tester must be a member of the faculty of a college or university.
