Help identifying manuscript

Dear colleagues, 


The Rare Book department at the Milwaukee Public Library needs help identifying a new acquisition. It is an 18th-c. manuscript prayer book which they believe is probably written in Czech. Below are links to sample scans of several pages from the ms. I can't make heads or tails of it. Hopefully, one of you can help.
