teaching english in Russia--ideas?

Dear colleagues,
I have a graduating senior interested in teaching English in Russia.  He doesn't have a TEFL certificate, which rules out a number of possibilities.  I was wondering whether you know of any options, contacts, etc.  Many thanks for any advice you can provide!
